IBEX Global brings honor to RP

IBEX Global, one of the fastest growing business process outsourcing (BPO) companies in the world, is the only Philippine-based contact center that was recognized in the recently concluded ContactCenterWorld Awards (CCWA) held in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia last May 20.
The BPO company proudly represented the Philippines and received three awards from the prestigious event for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region after securing nominations for Best Customer Service Professional, Best Trainer, and Best Recruitment Campaign.
Francis Anthony Lim, a training delivery manager of IBEX Global, has been given the Gold Award as the Best Trainer by the international award-giving body. He has been with the company for seven years and has taken under his wing more than 2,000 trainees who have consistently performed well. Because of his passion and dedication towards his work, Lim has taken on the role of training manager and has become a global resource for company trainings.
“IBEX Global granted me the opportunity to influence more people to capture the essence of being a true member of IBEX’s Elite Force,” ssaid Lim. “This award serves as an inspiration to the entire IBEX Global family. This recognition is only the beginning of our journey to produce the best talent and top-notch performance,” he said.
IBEX Global bagged one of the biggest awards of the night, taking home the Gold Award for the Best Recruitment Campaign. IBEX Global’s effective and well-thought out recruitment strategy led it to consistently hit 100 percent of the agent hiring target as well as 95 percent of the support staff target. Online and social media activations of its Facebook page have significantly increased, gaining 51 percent more likes and reaching an average of 1.5 million people, peaking at 3.5 million monthly.
“IBEX Global’s recruitment campaign places a focus on potential applicants and how we want them to feel when they start working for the company,” said Kristine Anne Racela, recruitment manager. “As a result, from the interviews to the exams, we let them experience what it’s like to be part of the team, even giving them a preview of our work environment and their future bosses,” she said.
Marielle Kervinne Lavapie, a special agent of IBEX Global, is also a winner, receiving the Bronze Award for Best Customer Service Professional. She has been with the company for eight years and has consistently exemplified excellence in the workplace. She exceeds her KPI targets, a top scorer in the customer satisfaction scorecard, and has progressed to become a team manager because of her diligence and hardwork.
